By Amina Aghris Morocco World News Rabat, April 10, 2013

I wish for this life to alter

For everyone to cease being an actor

I wish for this soul to faint

And to transcend every constraint

*******

Dying emotions are clinging to me

Resting and sleeping within me

Never wanted them to awake

So as to prevent any heartache

*******

Holding on to the smiling wrinkles

Waiting for a journey that equals

Suffocating rules and norms

That imprison all my forms

*******

I wish for you to remain so dear

To live a life that is crystal clear

I wish for you to reach your dreams

And to heighten your esteems

*******

Time is drawing so near

A growing doubt and a fear

Healing the scars that bleed

I reach meanings that I need
